The Dandy Collection may also collect, use and disclose your Personal Data for the following “The Dandy Collection Additional Purposes”:

  • search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimization of The Dandy Collection websites;

  • providing additional Products, Services, and benefits to you, including promotions, loyalty, and reward programs from The Dandy Collection;

  • matching Personal Data with other data collected for other purposes and from other sources (including third parties) in connection with the provision, marketing, or offering of Products and Services by The Dandy Collection;

  • leads generation and management for marketing The Dandy Collection’s Products and Services;

In addition, where permitted under the Act and subject to the provisions of any applicable law, your Personal Data may be disclosed, for The Dandy Collection’s Additional Purposes, to the vendors or other third-party service providers in connection with promotions, Products and Services offered by The Dandy Collection. 


We share the personal data that we collect from you within The Dandy Collection. This will involve transferring, processing and storing your data. This disclosure and transfer may be made to an entity within The Dandy Collection and processed by staff located within Singapore. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. Your information will not be transferred to third parties outside Singapore except in accordance with the requirements prescribed under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012) and its related subsidiary legislation (collectively, “PDPA”).



We are committed to taking appropriate measures designed to keep your personal data secure. While we make efforts to protect our information systems, no website, mobile application, computer system, or transmission of information over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.


Personal data provided by you will be retained as long as the purpose for which the data was collected continues or where there is a legal or business purpose for such retention. Thereafter, we will destroy or delete the information, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, unless its retention is required to satisfy legal, regulatory, accounting or other business requirements or to protect The Dandy Collection’s interests.

If you choose to unsubscribe from our mailing list, your personal data will still be retained on our database to the extent permitted by law and in accordance with The Dandy Collection’s Data Retention Policy.

If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies, and you hereby waive any claim against us with respect to these linked websites.
